Bill Lewis has over 32 years’ experience in military and civilian transportation and Supply Chain/ logistics management. He is well-versed in process improvement, ISO 9001, TQM and Earned Value Management (EVM). Lewis brings knowledge in logistics automation, software development, ERP implementation, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Item Unique Identification (IUID), International Trade Compliance, and Transportation systems design. Through his experience in DOD and airline logistics, he couples the movement requirements of both into a proactive approach to real time Asset management and In-transit Visibility (ITV). An experienced writer and Program Manager, Lewis offers an extensive understanding of the bid and proposal process across multiple industries and operational activities.

This innovative and resourceful professional has held executive positions in the aerospace industry as a Vice-President of Organizational Development and Human Resources and as Assistant Vice-President for Media Analysis, Intelligence Solutions, and Operations Support. Frank Ramsdell has over 25 years’ experience with engineering and Integrated Product Development processes, program management performance, supply chain functions, and financial management. Well-versed in Six Sigma/lean/6S/visual controls, ISO 9001 quality standards, and Earned Value Management (EVM) controls and measures, he also possesses excellent proposal and functional process writing skills. Mr. Ramsdell is adept with detailed process and cost analyses, as well as the development of performance metrics and budgets. Other capabilities include Contractor-Inventory Control Point execution and DoD Life Cycle Sustainment Management planning, performance and reporting requirements. Mr. Ramsdell brings a broad knowledge base to support proposal development and program execution efforts for program management, logistics, EVMS, engineering, and risk management.
Avionics and Systems Executive Affiliate
Mr. Evers provides 35+ years' Aerospace & Defense experience across engineering, business development, program management and P&L leadership at Air Vehicle Prime and Avionics Supplier levels. He has proven strengths in process development, organizational analysis, capture strategy and proposal development. As VP Fixed Wing Solutions P&L at Elbit Systems of America, Evers oversaw the cockpit avionics portfolio, including helmet mounted displays (GM), HUDs, panel displays, embedded training, others for fighter, trainer, ISR, tanker and transport aircraft. He has led and supported successful fighter competition campaigns for the F-16 with subsequent sales of 100+ aircraft to five countries and avionics competitions resulting in $2.5B+ sales of avionics subsystems, complete cockpit systems and numerous upgrades. Evers has served as program manager on the largest international F-16 fleet (Turkey).
