Greg Hamilton

Senior CLS Affiliate

30+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance and logistics support, including program management, supply management, maintenance management, and operations for domestic and international customers. Hamilton’s experience includes management of fixed wing logistics support contracts including the USAF T-1A Contractor Operated and Managed Base Supply (COMBS) contract, the USAF T-6 COMBS contract, US Navy C-12 Contractor Logistics Support Contract, and the USAF C-12 CLS Contract, leading teams at multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations. He has been responsible for P&L in excess of $200M/year. Hamilton also led the stand-up of a COMBS operation for the Israeli Air Force, negotiating and supervising the building of the COMBS facility by local contractors at an IAF site, hiring, training, and supervising Israeli foreign nationals to work at the COMBS facility, and coordinating all ITAR import/export requirements for the project. He holds valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics certificate.

Joe Mott

Mr. Mott has proven strengths in business development, process improvement staffing (Six Sigma Green Belt), policy, leadership training, labor relations, employee relations, and benefits. Other specialties include international employment and deployment. This innovative and resourceful professional has held executive positions in the aerospace industry as a Vice-President of Organizational Development and Human Resources and as Assistant Vice-President for Media Analysis, Intelligence Solutions, and Operations Support. He is a DDI Certified Trainer and Oz Principle of Accountability Certified Trainer.

Mark H. Norris

Aerospace and Defense Executive Affiliate

Mark Norris is an experienced aerospace and defense executive with 30 years of experience in complex system design, development, production, operational maintenance and support. He served over 25 years with Lockheed Martin Corporation in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, including P-3C Orion and S-3B Viking Anti-Submarine Warfare Aircraft Chief Engineer, Director of Engineering for Special Mission Aircraft (U-2S Dragon Lady, C-130 Big Safari Programs, C-27J Spartan, F-111C for Australia, T-50 Golden Eagle for Korea, F-2 Support Fighter for Japan) and U-2S Program Director. Mark also served as Vice President and Deputy Program Manager for a Joint Services C4ISR Program and Vice President Joint Tactical Communications Division. Norris is a Lockheed Martin certified Program Manager and recipient of Lockheed Martin Corporation's highest achievement award, the NOVA Award, for leadership excellence. In addition to his Lockheed Martin service, Norris held Vice President roles with L-3 Technologies (now Harris L-3), Rolls-Royce Defense - North America and Fincantierri Marine Group, where he was responsible for managing the production of Lockheed Martin’s Freedom Class Littoral Combat Ship (LCS).

Frank Ramsdell

Supply Chain Senior Affiliate

Frank Ramsdell has over 25 years’ experience with engineering and Integrated Product Development processes, program management performance, supply chain functions, and financial management. Well-versed in Six Sigma/lean/6S/visual controls, ISO 9001 quality standards, and Earned Value Management (EVM) controls and measures, he also possesses excellent proposal and functional process writing skills. Mr. Ramsdell is adept with detailed process and cost analyses, as well as the development of performance metrics and budgets. Other capabilities include Contractor-Inventory Control Point execution and DoD Life Cycle Sustainment Management planning, performance and reporting requirements. Mr. Ramsdell brings a broad knowledge base to support proposal development and program execution efforts for program management, logistics, EVMS, engineering, and risk management.
