  • Led the recovery effort for a major proposal that had received a “Red” evaluation; Led development of the program management plan and IMS, and developed approach to resolve more than 15 technical ENs; Revised proposal was evaluated as “Blue”, and client received contract award of >$100M from US Army
  • For a >$1B proposal for the full range of logistics and aircraft modification and maintenance services, Trace7 led development of the overall management approach, developed the management and technical approach, wrote the most significant and complex sample task response, and led the review teams for multiple evaluation factors for color team reviews
  • Led development of the management and technical solution for a major sample task, developed the SE Management Plan, and facilitated all color teams for a >$500M proposal to US Army
  • Provided expertise in support of client’s competitive assessment reviews, Pink Team, Red Team, and Gold Team for a >$500M CLS proposal
